User Agreement Policy

Introduction

Welcome to Circue! This User Agreement Policy ('Agreement') governs your use of the Circue mobile application ('App) and any services provided therein. By using the App, you agree to comply with this Agreement. If you do not agree with any of the terms outlined in this Agreement, please refrain from using the App.

User-Generated Content

Circue allows users to generate and share content within the App. You are solely responsible for the content you post, upload, or transmit through the App. By submitting content, you grant Circue a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, reproduce, and distribute the content for the purpose of operating and improving the App.

Prohibited Content

You agree not to post, upload, or transmit any content that:

- is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
- infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others;
- violates any applicable laws or regulations;
- contains viruses, malware, or any other harmful code;
- is intended to harass, stalk, or harm another individual;
- promotes discrimination, hate speech, or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic protected by law.

Content Moderation

Circue strives to provide a safe and enjoyable environment for all users. We reserve the right, but not the obligation, to review, monitor, or remove any content posted within the App that violates this Agreement or is otherwise objectionable. Circue may employ automated systems to assist in content moderation.

User Conduct

You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with this Agreement. You shall not:

a. impersonate another individual or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity;
b. engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the operation of the App;
c. attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any user accounts;
d. collect or store personal information of other users without their consent;
e.engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or harmful behavior towards other users.

Reporting and Enforcement

If you come across any objectionable content or encounter abusive users within the App, please report it to Circue immediately. Circue will review all reports and take appropriate action, including but not limited to content removal, user suspension, or termination of user accounts.

Disclaimer of Liability

Circue disclaims any liability for the content posted by users within the App. You acknowledge that you may be exposed to objectionable or inaccurate content and agree to use the App at your own risk. Circue shall not be responsible for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the App or reliance on any content within it.

Modifications to the Agreement

Circue reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. You will be notified of any material changes to this Agreement. Continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Agreement.

Termination

Circue may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, if you violate this Agreement or engage in any behavior that is deemed harmful or disruptive to the App or its users. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete any copies of the App in your possession.
Intellectual Property
The App and all its contents, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Circue or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-transferable, and non-exclusive license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. You shall not modify, distribute, reproduce, or create derivative works based on the App without prior written permission from Circue.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid and enforceable provision that closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Circue regarding the use of the App and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
